Terms of Use

Offered freely for prayer. These terms are short on purpose.

Last updated July 29, 2026

Badolato Family Rosary is a private family devotional site published by Andrew M. Badolato and offered at no charge. By using it you agree to the few things below. Nothing here is meant to be clever or to catch anyone out — it exists so the site can stay peaceful and stay online.

You are welcome to pray, print, and share

Use these pages for your own prayer, with your family, or in your parish. You may print the prayers and prayer cards for personal or parish use and pass them along freely. We ask only that you do not sell them, and that you do not present this material as your own or imply that the site endorses another product or cause.

The prayer wall

The prayer wall is a place to ask for prayers, and every submission is reviewed by a family member before it appears. Please write only what you would be content for a stranger to read, and use a first name and last initial rather than full names.

We will not publish anything abusive, obscene, defamatory, commercial, political in a partisan way, or contrary to Catholic faith and morals. We may decline or remove any submission at our discretion, and we are not obliged to explain why. Do not submit other people's private information — including medical details — without their consent.

When you submit an intention you give us permission to display it on this site. You keep whatever rights you have in your own words, and you may ask us to remove your intention at any time.

Artwork and texts

The prayers and Mysteries on this site are drawn from Catholic sources that already carry ecclesiastical approval, as explained in our ecclesiastical note. The paintings and photographs are used as public domain or openly-licensed works, with each one listed in the credits.

We have tried to attribute everything correctly. If you hold rights in any image or text here and want it credited differently or taken down, write to prayers@badolatofamilyrosary.com and the family will gladly comply.

This site is not counsel or care

These pages offer devotional material, not spiritual direction, medical advice, legal advice, or mental health treatment. For matters of conscience or doctrine, speak with your priest. If you are in crisis or in danger, please contact a doctor or your local emergency services — prayer and proper care belong together.

Availability and accuracy

The site is offered as it is, without warranties, and it may be offline, changed, or discontinued at any time. We have taken care with every prayer and every caption, but if you find an error we would be grateful to hear about it so we can correct it. To the extent the law allows, Andrew M. Badolato is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Our Lady of the Rosary, pray for us.
